Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling a rocks glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water for a few minutes while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Ford's gin, 1 oz of vermouth blanc, and 1 oz of rabarbaro amaro.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to ensure the cocktail is properly chilled.

Stir the Cocktail
Using a bar spoon, stir the ingredients for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish. Adjust the amount of orange peel to taste.
