Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pineapple Tea

Brew pineapple tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

  2. 2

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing glass or pitcher, combine the chilled pineapple tea, coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat syrup. Stir well to blend.

  3. 3

    Add Mint

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in the mixture using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their flavor. Be careful not to tear the leaves too much.

  4. 4

    Serve with Soda

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the pineapple mixture over the ice, filling the glasses about three-quarters full.

  5. 5

    Top with Soda

Top off each glass with soda water, adding as much as desired to achieve your preferred taste and fizz.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish each drink with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Pineapple Sandbar!
