Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Pour the Ingredients
Add 1 oz of Ford's Rabarbaro gin, 1 oz of vermouth blanc, and 1 oz of rabarbaro amaro into the mixing glass with ice.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on top.
