Prepare the Espresso
Brew 1 shot of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, Aeropress, etc.) and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, add the cooled espresso and cacao syrup. Stir well to combine.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, ensuring that the mixture is well-chilled.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain
Strain the chilled mixture into a copper mug or highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour ginger beer over the espresso mixture until the glass is nearly full.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of mole bitters on top of the drink for added complexity.
