Build and shake
Add the St. George Botanivore Gin (2 oz), lychee liqueur (0.5 oz), agave nectar (0.5 oz), fresh grapefruit juice (0.75 oz), and fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz) into the shaker. Add ice (about 8 cubes). Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and (if egg white used) a frothy head forms.

Double strain and serve
Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass using a Hawthorne and fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards and any lychee solids. Aim for a clean, silky texture and a light foam on top if egg white was included.
Garnish & Finish

Skewer the peeled lychee on a small cocktail pick and rest it across the rim of the glass or float it in the drink. Express the oils from a grapefruit twist over the cocktail by pinching it skin-side down above the glass, then run the twist around the rim and drop it in as a final aromatic accent.
