Serve 8 oz bottle
Chill San Pellegrino 8 fl oz bottle beforehand. If serving on ice, place 1/4 cup of ice into a serving glass, pour the chilled 8 fl oz bottle into the glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge if requested.

Brew tea (single serving)
Bring fresh water to a rolling boil and let stand 15 seconds if using delicate tea; otherwise use fully boiling water. Pour 10 fl oz of hot water into a pre-warmed cup. Place the tea of the day bag into the cup and steep for the recommended time for that tea (generally 3–5 minutes). Remove the tea bag and place it on a saucer.

Customize and serve
Offer sweetener and milk or lemon. Add approximately 1 tsp sweetener or to taste and 1 tsp milk or a slice of lemon if requested. Serve with a saucer and a teaspoon. Inform the guest that refills of hot water/tea are included and will be provided promptly upon request; for a refill, re-steep a fresh tea bag or top up with 10 fl oz hot water depending on guest preference.

Refill procedure
When guest requests a refill, ask if they'd like the same tea bag re-steeped (not recommended) or a fresh bag. Prepare a fresh bag in a clean cup with 10 fl oz hot water and steep per original instructions. Deliver promptly and replace sweeteners/condiments as needed.
