Preparation of Espresso

Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker, brew 30 ml of hot espresso. Make sure to follow the instructions of your espresso machine for the best results.
Assemble the Affogato

Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass, place 1 scoop of ube ice cream. Make sure the ice cream is firm for better presentation.

Once the espresso is brewed, carefully pour it over the ube ice cream, allowing it to melt slightly into the ice cream.
