1. Wash and Prepare Vegetables

Thoroughly wash all vegetables (spinach, kale, cucumber, green bell pepper, and avocado) under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Chop the cucumber and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice it into thin pieces.
