Prepare Chicken Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and black pepper until evenly coated.

Dredge in Flour
Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the seasoned chicken wings and toss until they are fully coated.
Fry Chicken Wings

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Wings
Carefully add the flour-coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make Salsa Verde

Prepare Crispy Garlic Oil

Infuse Oil
In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the 6 cloves of garlic, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove the garlic and set aside.
Combine and Serve

Toss Wings
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken wings with the salsa verde. Toss until wings are fully coated.

Drizzle with Garlic Oil
Drizzle the crispy garlic oil over the wings and toss again to combine.

Serve the wings immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
