Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly rinse all the fruits under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  2. 2

    Cut the Strawberries

Remove the green tops and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Kiwis

Peel the kiwis using a knife or vegetable peeler. Cut them into slices or cubes.

  4. 4

    Slice the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

  5. 5

    Cut the Pineapple

If using a fresh pineapple, peel and core it. Cut into bite-sized chunks. If using canned pineapple, drain the juice.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Grapes

Remove grapes from their stems and rinse under cold water.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple, and grapes.

  2. 8

    Add Optional Ingredients (if desired)

If using, drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit mixture. Gently toss to combine. Add mint leaves for garnish.

  3. 9

    Serve the Fruit Cup

Scoop the mixed fruit into individual cups or bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy the fresh burst of natural flavors!
