Method
Wrap Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken breast until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 2
Prepare the Caesar Dressing
If using store-bought Caesar dressing, skip to the next step. Otherwise, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and anchovy paste in a bowl to create the dressing.
- 3
Assemble the Wrap
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss until everything is well coated.
- 4
Wrap the Ingredients
Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of each flour tortilla. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
Fries Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.
- 6
Heat the Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 7
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 8
Season the Fries
Sprinkle the hot fries with salt and pepper while they are still hot, tossing to coat evenly.
