Method
Preparing Espresso
- 1
Grind the Coffee Beans
Grind 18g of espresso coffee beans using a coffee grinder until fine and consistent.

Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew the ground coffee with 60ml of water to extract rich espresso. This should take about 25-30 seconds.
Steaming Milk
- 3
Steam the Milk
Pour 150ml of whole milk into a steaming pitcher. Use the steam wand of your espresso machine to heat and froth the milk until it reaches about 65°C (149°F). The milk should be creamy and velvety, with small bubbles forming.
Creating Foam
- 4
Froth the Additional Milk
In a separate container, froth 50ml of whole milk using a milk frother or steam wand until it doubles in volume and forms a thick foam.
