Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined. Form into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Pork Belly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Pork Belly

Cut the pork belly into strips. In a large saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed garlic cloves, ginger, and water. Add the pork belly and bring to a boil.

  2. 4

    Braised Pork Belly

Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1.5 hours, until the pork belly is tender. Remove from liquid and let cool slightly before slicing.

Crispy Chicken Wings

  1. 5

    Prepare the Wings

In a mixing bowl, toss chicken wings with flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

  2. 6

    Fry the Wings

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Mini Ube Waffles

  1. 7

    Mix the Batter

In a bowl, combine ube puree, flour, baking powder, milk, egg, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth.

  2. 8

    Cook the Waffles

Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Serving

  1. 9

    Assemble the Burger

On a serving plate, place the cooked beef patty, top it with sliced pork belly, and serve with crispy chicken wings on the side.

  2. 10

    Serve with Waffles

Add mini ube waffles to the plate, serve with whipped butter and maple syrup on the side for drizzling.
