Peel the mini saba bananas carefully and set them aside.

Soak the bamboo skewers in water for about 10 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Making Caramel Sauce

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Place the saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil without stirring. Allow it to boil for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Take each peeled mini saba banana and skewer it onto a bamboo stick, making sure it's secure.

In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, place the skewered bananas. Pour a generous amount of the caramel sauce over the bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly coated and caramelized.
