Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a pot, boil the sliced potatoes for about 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Base

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Pizza

Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Top with the boiled potatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
