Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and arugula under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.
- 2
Mix the Seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Set this seasoning mix aside.
Cooking the Turkey

Cook the Ground Turkey
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the turkey and cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and browned.
- 4
Add Gorgonzola Cheese
Once the turkey is fully cooked, crumble the Gorgonzola cheese over the turkey. Stir gently to combine and let it melt for about 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Assembly
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey and Gorgonzola mixture with the arugula and halved cherry tomatoes.
- 6
Dress the Salad
