1. Prepare the ingredients

Begin by cubing the bear meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, grate the ginger, slice the bell pepper, carrot, and cube the potato.

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Then, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
