Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the pan to incorporate any browned bits. Add the grape tomatoes and chopped scallions, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

Garnish
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll and Cut the Pasta
After resting, divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out each piece using a pasta machine or a rolling pin to your desired thickness. Cut into linguini strips.

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguini for about 2-3 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
