Method

Cold Smoked Salmon Preparation

    Prepare the Salmon

    On a serving plate, arrange the cold smoked salmon. Sprinkle with capers, fresh dill, and drizzle with lemon juice. Set aside to marinate for a few minutes.

Horseradish Crème Cheese Spread Preparation

    Make the Spread

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, prepared horseradish, chopped fresh chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Lemon and Herb Pesto Preparation

    In a food processor, combine fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic clove, olive oil, fresh lemon zest, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste, and set aside.

Grilling the Focaccia Bread

    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush the focaccia bread with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
