Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the outer leaves if they are wilted or damaged. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or pat them dry with a clean towel. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Once the romaine is ready, add the croutons to the bowl. Grate or shave the parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the salad.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic (crushed or finely chopped), Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.

Season the Dressing
Taste the dressing and add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as necessary, ensuring that the flavors are balanced.
