Preparation of Noodles

Cook the Bún Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the bún noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-6 minutes until they are tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.

Cook the Chicken
Add the sliced chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Ensure the chicken is browned and fully cooked.

Add Seasoning
Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle in the chili flakes (if using). Stir well to coat the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Assemble Your Bún
In a serving bowl, place a portion of the cooked bún noodles. Top with the wok-fried chicken mixture.

Add Fresh Herbs and Garnishes
Sprinkle mint and cilantro leaves over the top. Serve with lime wedges on the side and crushed peanuts for garnish.

If using, add pork balls or veggie spring rolls on the side or on top of the noodles.
