Burger Patty

Prepare the Patty
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty approximately 1 inch thick.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Cheese

Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking the burger, place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patty and cover to melt.
Kimchi

Prepare the Kimchi
While the burger is cooking, measure out the kimchi and set aside for topping.
Fried Egg

Good AF Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
Toast the burger bun lightly. Spread the Good AF sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by the crispy bacon, kimchi, lettuce, tomato, and the fried egg. Top it with the other half of the bun.
