Prepare the Cheese Platter

Select and Arrange the Cheeses
On a large serving board, neatly arrange the soft bloomy rind cheese, blue cheese, and semi-hard cheese. You can cut some pieces for easier serving.
Make the Celery Seed Crackers

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, butter, celery seeds, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
