1. Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

2. Add flour, salt, and 1/4 cup of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a rough dough forms.

3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

6. Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet (about 12x16 inches).

7. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.

8. Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes before baking.

9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
