Method

Roasted Potatoes

  1. 1

    Preheat and Prepare Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes or wedges.

  2. 2

    Season and Roast

In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake

Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Toss them halfway through for even cooking.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon strips. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and browned. Remove from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels.

Fried Eggs

  1. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add butter and heat over medium-low heat until melted. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook to Preference

Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side up or until the whites are set. If you prefer over-easy, carefully flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute.
