Main Ingredients

Fee Foam

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fee Foam

In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 oz of Fee Foam with 1 oz of water to create a stable foam. Whisk vigorously until it reaches a frothy consistency. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Base Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Hendricks gin, 1 oz of Lillet Rouge, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Garnishing

  1. 3

    Prepare the Glass

Chill a coupe glass (or any preferred cocktail glass) by filling it with ice water. Let it sit for a few minutes while you prepare the drink.

  2. 4

    Strain and Serve

Discard the ice water from the glass and strain the shaken cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.

  3. 5

    Add the Fee Foam

Carefully spoon the prepared Fee Foam on top of the cocktail. Use a spoon to create a layered effect if desired.

  4. 6

    Garnish with Pink Peppercorns

Sprinkle 1 tsp of pink peppercorns on top of the foam for an aromatic garnish.
