Sauté Vegetables
In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, diced carrot, and diced celery. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Garlic and Beans
Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Then, add cooked navy beans, chicken broth, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer.

Cook Ragout
Cover and cook the ragout for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, combine finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well to combine.
