Method

Cake Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until evenly combined.

  3. 3

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange zest, orange juice, rose water, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. 4

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. 5

    Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. 6

    Cool the Cake

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
