Prepare the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken Breasts
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.

Add Filling
Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Layer a slice of ham and a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast, then roll them up tightly.

Fry the Chicken Rolls
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken rolls until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
Prepare Spicy Remoulade

Mix Remoulade
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Slice the baked chicken cordon bleu and serve on brioche rolls with a generous dollop of spicy remoulade on top.
