Brioche Slider Buns

Caramelized Onions & Garlic Herb Aioli

Method

Brioche Slider Buns

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.

  2. 2

    Knead the Dough

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  3. 3

    Shape the Buns

Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Bake the Buns

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

Beef Patty

  1. 5

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 12 small patties.

  2. 6

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Caramelized Onions & Garlic Herb Aioli

  1. 7

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes until golden and caramelized.

  2. 8

    Make the Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the brioche buns in half. Spread garlic herb aioli on the bottom half, add a beef patty, top with caramelized onions, and cover with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.
