In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the breaded shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Hoagie Rolls
Slice each hoagie roll lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Toast lightly if desired.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and jalapeños inside each hoagie roll. Top generously with the crispy fried shrimp.
- 7
Add the Remoulade
Drizzle or spread remoulade sauce over the shrimp. Close the hoagie rolls gently.
- 8
Serve
Cut the sandwiches in half if desired and serve immediately with extra remoulade on the side.
