Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse and drain the black beans. Slice the black olives and jalapeños. Dice the tomato. If using store-bought guacamole, ensure it is ready; otherwise, prepare fresh guacamole.

Assembly

  1. 2

    Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread the tortilla chips evenly to form a base.

  2. 3

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle the black beans evenly over the tortilla chips, followed by the sliced black olives, diced tomato, and sliced jalapeños.

  3. 4

    Cheese It Up

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the entire nacho layer. Drizzle the cheese sauce evenly across the nachos.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Bake the Nachos

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the nachos in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 6

    Add Final Touches

Remove the nachos from the oven. Top with dollops of guacamole and lime crema. Serve hot with additional jalapeños, if desired.
