Burger Patty Preparation

    Cook the Impossible Patties

    In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, place the Impossible Burger patties in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and heated through.

Vegetable Preparation

    Prepare the Vegetables

    While the patties are cooking, wash 2 cups of fresh spinach and slice 1 tomato into thin rounds. Season the spinach and tomato slices with salt and black pepper to taste.

Balsamic Aioli Preparation

    Make the Balsamic Aioli

    In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, minced garlic from 1 clove, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix well until fully combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembly

    Assemble the Burger

    Toast the burger buns lightly, if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, place a cooked Impossible patty, followed by a layer of spinach and tomato slices. Drizzle with balsamic aioli and top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
