Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with cracked black pepper and place them in a baking dish.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, chop the bacon into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Pour the buffalo sauce over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.

  4. 4

    Add Bleu Cheese

Crumble the moody bleu cheese and sprinkle it over the buffalo sauce-covered chicken.

  5. 5

    Bake the Chicken

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Make the Blue Cheese Aioli

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, moody bleu cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  2. 7

    Blend

Using an immersion blender or regular blender, blend the aioli until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Plate the Chicken

Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

  2. 9

    Top with Crispy Onions

Sprinkle the crispy onions over the chicken for an added crunch.

  3. 10

    Serve

Serve the chicken with a generous drizzle of blue cheese aioli on top, and enjoy!
