Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, kale, julienned carrots, and thin sliced steak. Add all four cheeses and mix until well combined.
- 2
Assemble the Rolls
Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Fry the Rolls
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the rolls in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the steak rolls hot with boom boom sauce on the side for dipping.
