Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or oil. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Hashbrowns

In the same skillet, add the hashbrowns. Cook according to package instructions or until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, heat a little butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet.

  5. 5

    Serve

On a plate, serve the rested steak alongside the crispy hashbrowns, fried eggs, and toasted bread.
