Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, fire roasted artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly on top.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve hot with pita chips and garlic rounds.
