Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and chop. In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned, then slice. Finally, cook the ham slices until warmed through.

  2. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and chopped bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 4

    Cook the Omelet

Pour the beaten eggs over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Cook over medium-low heat until the eggs begin to set. Sprinkle the chopped bacon, sausage, ham, and white cheese on one half of the omelet.

  5. 5

    Fold and Serve

Once the eggs are fully cooked, carefully fold the omelet in half and slide it onto a plate. Serve hot with hashbrowns and toast.
