Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ketel One vodka, olive brine, and ice cubes. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.

Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
