Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Chop the bacon, ham, and sausage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Add the ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the diced onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Hashbrowns

Add the hashbrowns to the skillet and press down to form a layer. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked bacon, sausage, and ham back into the skillet. Stir to combine and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover the skillet for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. 6

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your desired style (fried, scrambled, etc.).

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked, serve the skillet hash topped with the eggs and alongside toast.
