Method

Preparation and Baking

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Gently clean the baby portabella mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture, pressing gently to pack it in.

  5. 5

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Crab Bellas!
