Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Chop the bacon, bell pepper, onion, and Andouille sausage into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Cook Bacon and Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the Andouille sausage and cook until browned. Remove the bacon and sausage from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the chopped bell pepper and onion. Sauté until they are soft and translucent.

  4. 4

    Prepare Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Cook Omelet

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the sautéed vegetables. Cook on medium-low heat until the edges begin to set. Sprinkle the cooked bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet.

  6. 6

    Fold and Serve

Once the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted, carefully fold the omelet in half. Slide it onto a plate and serve immediately.
