Prepare the Pimento Cheese

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Cook the Bacon

Form and Cook the Burger Patties

Prepare the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the black Angus ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape into patties.

Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty. Top the patty with a generous scoop of pimento cheese and two slices of crispy bacon. Add tomato slices and cover with the top half of the bun.
