Preparation of Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Dredge the Chicken
Sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the seasoned chicken thighs and toss until well coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Cooking the Chicken

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the skillet in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
Preparing the Sticky Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, Sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well over medium heat.

Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add this mixture to the saucepan and stir constantly until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Final Assembly

Toss the Chicken
In a large bowl, add the crispy chicken thighs and pour the sticky sauce over them. Toss gently to coat the chicken evenly.

Serve
Transfer the sticky chicken to a serving platter and enjoy immediately!
