Fried Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.

Bread the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour mixture to ensure they are well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into even-sized sticks.

Soak the Fries
Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Fry the potatoes in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
