Method
Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut Bread
Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes.

Bake Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, minced anchovy fillets, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Lettuce and Dressing
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
