Prepare the Blackened Shrimp

Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the blackening seasoning until evenly coated.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat.

Mix Pico de Gallo
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Sour Cream

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime juice until well combined.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
Lightly warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.

Fill the Tacos
Place a portion of blackened shrimp onto each tortilla. Top with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of cilantro-lime sour cream.

Fold the tortillas and serve the tacos immediately with extra lime wedges on the side if desired.
