Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Butter
Cut the unsalted butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Milk
Pour in the milk and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape Biscuits
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently pat it into a rectangle about 1 inch thick. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass.
