Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients needed for the Aperol Spritz, ensuring you have Aperol, Prosecco, club soda, an orange slice, and an olive (if desired) on hand.

Fill Glass with Ice
Take a large wine glass or a spritz glass and fill it generously with ice cubes.

Pour Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol liqueur over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass, pouring it gently over the Aperol.

Top with Club Soda
Top off the drink with 1 oz of club soda to add a fizzy finish.

Add Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass, and add an olive if desired.
