Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of pineapple juice, 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, and 2 cups of ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
